Jets rookie linebacker Dylan Donahue was busted for DWI early Monday morning after going the wrong way through the Lincoln Tunnel and crashing head-on into a jitney bus, authorities said.
Four people aboard the bus were injured in the 2 a.m. crash in the tunnel’s center tube, according to Port Authority spokesman Joe Pentangelo.
A PA cop witnessed Donahue, who was the Jets’ fifth-round pick in the 2017 draft, driving his green Dodge Charger Hellcat around traffic cones into the center tube and against westbound traffic.
The driver’s and passenger side airbags deployed when the Donahue allegedly collided with the bus, leaving the front of his Dodge completely smashed in.
Donahue, 25, was charged with DWI and reckless driving after crashing into the jitney, which was carrying 15 people. He blew a .15 on a Breathalyzer, sources said.
The 6-3, 248-pound athlete mentioned his career with the Gang Green during his arrest.
“He’s telling them that he plays for the Jets,” a law enforcement source said.
The passengers on the bus suffered minor injuries and were transported to Hoboken University Medical Center in stable condition.
Suleiman Mahmood, 21, who was in the passenger seat in Donahue’s car, was also charged with disorderly conduct.
Donahue suffered a season-ending elbow injury in the Jets’ 23-20 win over the Jaguars last fall.
“Everyone calls me ‘Wild Man’ here,” Donahue told The Post last June. “I just do crazy things. Sacrifice-my-body-type stuff.”
